HOW WE DO THINGS

At The Cajun Boil, we’re committed to giving every guest the best possible dining experience. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking or dining with us.

Booking & Deposit Policy

Bookings for groups of 6 guests or more require a deposit to secure the reservation. Deposits are refundable provided cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time. If your party arrives more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. For large group bookings, we kindly ask that all guests arrive on time to ensure smooth service for all diners.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please inform a member of staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order. Our kitchen handles shellfish, seafood, dairy, soy, gluten, and other allergens. While we take every precaution to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies dine at their own discretion.

Refund Policy

At The Cajun Boil, we take pride in the quality of our food and service. If there is an issue with your order, please notify a member of staff immediately so we have the opportunity to resolve it during your visit. Refunds, replacements, or credits are offered at management discretion on a case-by-case basis.
We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Food or drinks that have already been substantially consumed
  • Change of mind after an order has been prepared or served

Right to Refuse Service

The Cajun Boil reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other guests.

Children & Safety

As hot seafood trays and boiling sauces are served at tables, children must remain supervised by an adult at all times for safety reasons.
